Due to the requirements of our carriers, many orders will be split into multiple packages. If you order more than 2 glasses (or items) please expect to receive more than one package.
In the rare case you're not 100% satisfied with the product(s), you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 30 days from receipt. Alternatively, we can issue you a store credit to place another order. In case you receive a defective/wrong variant item, the return costs to our warehouse will be fully supported by us. If the item(s) is returned for any other reason than that, the buyer supports the return costs.
In the rare case you receive a damaged product we can resend you a new one and we will handle all the costs. If you find yourself in this situation, please send us a picture showing the damaged goods at email@example.com and our team will help you right away.
