All of our images, videos, and descriptions will perfectly describe the products - and we don't allow any difference to occur. We have a department for quality control that takes a look over the items before they're shipped. When you shop from UDARELY, you only receive what you expect.
However, if there's anything you don't like, please e-mail us at email@example.com and let us know what happened.
You may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 30 days from the moment it was received in the case the product you received is not as presented on our website. Alternatively, we can issue you a store credit to place another order.
Please keep in mind that in case you received a defective/different item, we're happy to accept your return. For any other reason than that, we're not able to accept your return.

UDARELY products are hand-made, which means some of them might present small imperfections, as you may also see in our product photos. That is not a legitimate reason to apply for a refund/return.
In case you receive a defective/wrong variant item, the return costs to our warehouse will be fully supported by us. If the item(s) is returned for any other reason than that, the buyer supports the return costs. Return postage is paid by the customer. If you’re arranging a return please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and they will give you the correct return address. The original amount minus shipping fees will be returned in you original bank account once all the goods have arrived at our warehouse and they are inspected by our team. We’ll send an email confirmation once we’ve processed your refund minus the original shipping fees.
All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
All our packages are insured. If any products arrive damaged we replace them FOR FREE.
We're trying our best to improve our services, and thanks to your feedback, we have become better and better. Damaged packages don't happen anymore, but in the rare case this occurs, feel free to contact us. Please send us a picture showing the damaged goods at email@example.com and our team will help you right away.
Please note that the resend will be treated as a brand-new order. Look out for your confirmation e-mail once the order is placed. You'll also get a new tracking number.
