We ship worldwide and we support the costs for all the purchases over 80 USD.
Back in 2018, we only used to ship in the USA, but month after month, we received a lot of requests from Europe and Asia. In order to satisfy all of them, the only solution was to have paid shipping.
However, two years and over 15000 orders later, we managed to negotiate with our shipping carriers and maintain a minimum cost of only $5 for it. If your order amount is over $80, the shipping will automatically be free.
All our packages are insured. If any products arrive damaged we replace them FOR FREE.
We're trying our best to improve our services, and thanks to your feedback, we have become better and better. Damaged packages don't happen anymore, but in the rare case this occurs, feel free to contact us. All you have to do is to e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with some photos or video of the damaged product.
Thanks to our customers' feedback, we're permanently evolving when it comes to both our products and our services. That's why today, all of our products are at their best - but looking for better. The quality of our items is one of the main reasons UDARELY is well known.
Please keep in mind that in case you received a defective/different item, we're happy to accept your return. For any other reason than that, we're not able to accept your return.
All of our images, videos, and descriptions will perfectly describe the products - and we don't allow any difference to occur. We have a department for quality control that takes a look over the items before they're shipped. When you shop from UDARELY, you only receive what you expect.
Most of our products are hand-made, which means some of them might present small imperfections, as you may also see in our product photos. That is not a legitimate reason to apply for a refund/return.
