Apricot Moscow Mule

If you are a Moscow Mule lover, you already know that the Moscow Mule Mug has the perfect design for this amazing drink. When it comes to this easy-to-make cocktail, the ingredients are almost always the same. Even if it's your favorite drink, it comes a time when you're bored with it. It's the same with everything - no matter how much you like it, from time to time, you need to make a little change to bring the sparkling again.

Our friend, Giorgos from the G & Tonic, created the perfect recipe for whenever you'll feel like trying something new. You may wonder Why would I change something that is already so good? We may tell you that staying in your comfort zone you'll never know how the best tastes.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Vodka
  • 20ml homemade apricot liqueur
  • 10ml fresh lime juice
  • 30ml apricot puree
  • Ginger Beer

Shake well all ingredients except the ginger beer and strain over rocks in a Moscow Mule Mug. Top up with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel, mint leaves, and dehydrated apricots.

To make the homemade apricot liqueur, add 1 cup of chopped apricots in a sealed container with 2 cups vodka. Let it sit for 10 days shaking the container every day. On the last day, strain the mixture and add a half cup of simple syrup to make your own liqueur.

Call some friends and be grateful. Let us know how does it feel to feel again the sparkling. That's all.

Cheers!
